I am here to help.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in working with family relationships and trauma. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy, and while many people face similar issues surrounding their family relationships, I view each person, couple and family I work with as unique, and will work alongside you to create an individualized plan to repair and strengthen your family bonds.
Whether you're facing communication breakdowns, parenting struggles, or any other family-related issue, I am here to listen without judgment and help you find effective solutions. While I am trained in numerous evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, I often pull from my favorite Internal Family Systems as I find it the most effective for my clients .
When you meet with me you can feel reassured that your well-being is my top priority, and I am committed to empowering you with the tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and thrive. It’s also important for you to know that trust and a emotional connection to your therapist is essential to productive therapy so I encourage you to contact me for a free, 15 minute consultation to allow us to get to know each other, ask me questions and see if we feel it will be a good fit to work together.
Remember, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Let’s work together to create a happier and more fulfilling family life. Reach out to me today and let's begin our journey towards stronger family relationships.
