How much does therapy cost?

Individual Therapy for Adults, Kids or Teens: $180 per 50 min session

Couples and Family Therapy: $180 per 50 min session

Late-Night (7:00-9:00pm) appointments are available! $245 per 50 min session

*please note my rates are based on many years of training and education. I believe in the importance of staying up-to-date on the most evidenced based and empirically validated practices. You deserve someone who is well educated and experienced to help you.

**clients have the “Right to Recieve a Good Faith Estimate of Estimated Charges” under the No Surprises Act. I will share more about this when we meet for the first time.

How much does Clinical Supervision cost?

Individual Clinical Supervision: $180 per 60 minute session

Group Supervision: $50 per 60 minute session

Do you have a sliding scale?

A sliding scale rate is a reduced rate based on household income. I reserve several spots in my schedule for sliding scale clients and may be able to offer these slots to those who qualify when they are available. If my full fee is not affordable for you please feel free to contact me for more information about this option. I offer a waitlist to those who qualify.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not bill insurance directly for service. I am happy to provide a superbill for those who have PPO plans that cover out-of-network mental health services. I highly recommend contacting your insurance plan for information on what reimbursement may be available for an out-of-network provider.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

An appointment is considered “no show” and will be canceled if the client does not arrive by 15 minutes after the appointment start time and the cancellation fee will be processed.
