I have experience working alongside polyamorous families, LGBTQIA+ and couples who chose to not defire themselves within a given box. No matter how you love I am here to provide you with the guidance and support you need to create a harmonious relationship.
I believe in the importance of specialized training when working with couples, and recongize different couples need different approaches to therapy. As a result, I am Level 1 Gottman Institute Couples Therapy Trained and have completed Internal Family Systems: From the Inside Out (IFS-IFIO) couples training. During your first few sessions, I will assess which modality of therapy will be most benefical to the relationship and work to create an individualized plan to get your relationship back to a place of love and mutual connection.
